Ethiopia and France to Collaborate on the Second Africa Climate Summit

Ethiopia, the designated host of the Second Africa Climate Summit (ACS2) taking place in Addis Ababa in collaboration with the African Union Commission, is actively collaborating with its strategic partners to ensure the success of the ACS2.

To this end, H.E. Dr. Fitsum Assefa, Minister of Planning and Development, convened a bilateral meeting with H.E. Alexis Lamek, Ambassador of France to Ethiopia, to explore France's engagement in the upcoming summit. The discussions underscored the importance of the summit for Africa and Ethiopia, with both parties agreeing to collaborate on ensuring its impactful outcomes.
